Successful renewal of Quality Management Systems Certification ISO 9001: 2008
On 17th February Floorform Ltd had its Quality Management Systems Certification ISO 9001: 2008 renewed following a successful audit by SGS. The audit which consisted of interviews, observation of activities and review of documentation and records covered office and site based processes.
Floorform Ltd were the first flooring contractor in Ireland to achieve a certified quality management system (BS5750) in 1996 and are proud to now be in our twentieth year of implementing an internationally recognised quality system.

Floor Form Ireland recently completed the installation of floor finishes for Primark’s European Headquarters at the newly refurbished Arthur Ryan House in Dublin.
The works were carried out for Bennett Construction and the project was carried out over an eighteen month period.
A wide variety of flooring was installed from Ceramic Tiles, Carpet Tiles, Vinyl Flooring and Encaustic Tiles to bespoke Concrete Tiles, Reclaimed Scaffold Board Flooring and Reclaimed Oak Bridge Sleepers.
A total of 9500m2 of floor finishes was installed including a range of sub floor preparation works.
Omagh Hospital fit out begins
The Floor Form team in Armagh have began work for McLaughlin & Harvey on the new building at Omagh hospital.
The 20,000 m2 project includes the fitting of linoleum, ceramic wall tiles and carpet tiles.
Sub floor preparation is also being completed, this consists of shot blasting, grinding, DPM application, priming and levelling compound to all areas.
