On the 23rd May 2024, Primark opened their second flagship store in Madrid. Located at number 8 Calle del Conde de Peñalver in the Salamanca neighborhood of Madrid, it is Primark’s 63rd store in Spain.
This impressive flagship store is located inside a building declared a Site of Cultural Interest (BIC), whose origin began as the Salamanca Cinema, around the year 1935.
This store incorporates the aesthetics of the original movie theater and the 1930’s era throughout as the design team worked in close collaboration with local authorities to ensure that the original heritage was retained.
We were delighted to provide a mixture of vinyl and ceramic floor finishes to this project over 4,000 m2 of retail floor & back of house offices.
